Enquiries and quotations

Use the enquiry form or contact links to request information and an individual quotation. Sending an enquiry does not place a paid order. An order is agreed separately.

Before you commission work, we agree the scope, total price or calculation basis, taxes, possible additional costs, payment terms and timing with you.

Consumer information

Statutory consumer rights apply to contracts with private customers. Where required for the particular contract, you receive information about withdrawal rights and how to exercise them, and about any requested early start of work, before concluding the contract. These general website notes do not replace a withdrawal notice tailored to the specific order.

Information about the official Balearic complaint forms (Hojas de reclamaciones) and the official templates is available from the Balearic Government consumer protection service. Your statutory rights to complain and seek legal remedies remain unaffected.
